Shipping policy


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, sales, or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–4 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post and your location.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.

It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or peak periods.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Kiki Nailbox is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.

If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • checking with household members or neighbours
  • contacting the shipping carrier
  • checking for any delivery notifications

While we will do our best to assist, Kiki Nailbox is not responsible for parcels once they have been confirmed as delivered to the provided address.

 

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kikinailbox.com.au, including your order number and photos of the damage.

We will assess the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
