Refund policy


Returns & Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including for incorrect sizing or selection.

We kindly ask that you choose carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure about sizing, please review our sizing chart.

 

Damaged, Faulty or Not as Described Items

We take great care in preparing every order. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a remedy (such as a replacement or refund) if a product has a major fault.

A major fault may include situations where the item:

  • arrives damaged
  • is defective or unsafe
  • is significantly different from the description

Claims are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that incorrect sizing does not constitute a product fault.

If you believe your item has a major fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kikinailbox.com.au, including:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item
  • a description of the issue

We’ll review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Return Instructions and Shipping

Approved return instructions, including the return address, will be provided once your request has been reviewed.

If your item is confirmed to have a major fault, we will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid return option where appropriate.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (where a return is required).
